Snowshoeing!!!

Can you believe all the new snow?  It is suppose to continue with a few more storms this week.  Let's plan on going snowshoeing next Saturday, January 3rd.  Watch for more information!

Running Teammates!

Cold one right now...burrr!

Lets do a hill run/repeats tomorrow morning!  We can get a tough workout
quickly and warm up fast!  Meet at the south parking lot of DHS at
7am...you can either run or drive to the hill behind the mortuary, just
across from Cherry Hill.  If you drive, you can park in either the mortuary
parking lot, or the LDS church just above the hill.

PS:  Reminding you about the annual Summit Buster's New Years Eve party at
the Dusenberry's on Wednesday evening.  This is a 'pot luck'
activity...bring something to feast on and share.  Plan on playing some
games, and especially bring your swim suit for our 'jump into the pool at
the stroke of midnight' activity!   See you then!

Great holiday Run!!

Thanks everyone for running with us today and wearing your Santa hats!  We had a great time! So fun to have new runners join us too! We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!

Saturday, December 20th 7am

It is time once again for our annual Santa hat run! We will meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am and head out for a run on the roads and through the Lagoon trail. Everyone wear your Santa hats and we will spread holiday cheer as we run together. We want to wish a very happy birthday to Nylin today who is celebrating in sunny Hawaii! We hope you are having the time of your life! See you all on Saturday!

New Years Eve Party!

Sherri Dusenberry is having her annual New Year's Eve party again.  Everyone is invited! This is for families and kids too. It will be held at her home starting at 8pm.  Bring a snack to share and a group game if you have one.  And bring your swimsuit for the Polar Plunge!  If you have any questions, contact Sherri.  If you need her address, we can give it to you on our Saturday run. 

Also, just a heads up that this Saturday will be our Santa hat run.  An email with more info will be coming.  But this gives you a couple days to find your hats!

Saturday, December 13th 7am

Hello everyone!  Let's get away from all the hustle and bustle of the holidays and enjoy a nice run on the roads through Kaysville and Farmington. Let's meet in the Davis High School parking lot at 7am.  We will head out on a run up 2nd north to the Mountain road.  You can make this loop as long or short as you want.  I guess it just depends on how many treats you have eaten, or how much stress you are feeling!  We will return once our mind and bodies are feeling happy!!
