Thanksgiving Run 7am!!

Looking forward to seeing you all in the morning! Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7am. Bring your friends and family! What a great way to start the day. You can have that 2nd or 3rd piece of pie without any guilt! See you there!

Thanksgiving Run!

This week is Thanksgiving!  Everyone get ready for our traditional run on the Shoreline trail on Thanksgiving morning!  This will take the place of our Saturday run.  Invite your friends and family to join us!  This is the best way to gear up for all that yummy food we will all be eating.  We will meet in the South parking lot of the Shoreline trail (Wilderness trail parking lot).  Meet Thanksgiving morning at 7am and we will head out.  Hope to see you all there!!

Good morning fellow teammates!  The weatherman is calling for a bit of a wet weekend.  So we will stay close and meet in the DHS parking lot.  We will head out for a run on the roads.  You can go as long or short as you need. Good luck to everyone running in the Snow Canyon Half marathon tomorrow!  Go out and kick some butt!

Hello everyone!  We have lots of people training for different races!  We have had a request for some downhill training.  We will meet at DHS and carpool to the Fernwood park (The North end of the Shoreline trail) Or you can meet us there at 7:15.  You can head out for a run down the road and back to DHS.  Its about 7 miles of good downhill and flat running.  Or if you are feeling like a little trail running you can head out on Shoreline.

Good morning everyone!  There are a lot of our group that are gone this weekend, including Nylin who is headed to Alaska for his annual fishing trip.  So we will not have a scheduled run this week.  Get out for a run on your own whether you're here are traveling around.  There's no better way to to start your day, or to see new places!  We will catch back up with you all next week.

Lets meet at DHS at 7:00 a.m. and we will head out for a run on the roads.  You can make this as long or short as you want.  Bring water because it's going to be hot - and bring a friend.  See you on Saturday!!

Running Teammates!

The Ogden Marathon is this weekend, and we have 5 (I hope I'm not missing someone!) of our own running it! Our best to Jolynne Porter, Jessica Young, Rick Nef, Troy Anderson, and Terry Foust! You guys will kill it!!
For the rest of us...meet at the East Kaysville Wilderness Park at 7:00 and we will conquer the wiley shoreline trail. You can make this as long or short as you would like. Bring a friend, someone else's friend, your spouse, someone else's spouse, or your dog! Let's just go have some fun together...see you Saturday.

Dress warm and bring a friend!  You gotta love it baby! We love the snow!! Good luck to everyone running the Winter training series 10k! Go have some fun and show them what you can do!

Also, we are putting together a team to run the Ragnar Wasatch back relay on June 2nd and 3rd. If you are Interested in running with us let Cindy Bell or Jolynne know.

Let's run the Jensen Nature Park trail on Saturday! This is a beautiful trail that loops the park and is about 3 miles long. It connects to other trails so you can make this run as long as you want. If you want to carpool to the trail meet at DHS at 7am. Or meet us in the parking lot at Jensen park at 7:15. Jensen park is located at 3176 Bluff Rd, Syracuse. See you there!!
