Sunday night at 7pm, is the Patriotic Devotional at the DHS Auditorium. Our own, Steve Petty, will be receiving a prestigious award! Blood run tomorrow…
Running teammates!
For those of you who are heading down to Wheeler Farm tomorrow morning, for the Blood Run, I have a couple of empty seats if you need a ride. I will be leaving between 6:15 and 6:30 tomorrow morning, and would love the company. Call or text me if you would like to ride along: 8016983141

Just a reminder that the rates for the hemophilia blood run go up at the end of work today. I hope you will consider participation in this event on behalf of the hemophilia foundation of Utah.

Blood Run-sign up ASAP!
Running Teammates!
This Saturday we are planning in helping drum up some support for the Utah Hemophilia Foundation! Our own, Steve Petty, has been involved with them for many years, and is directly involved with this run! So in light of support of Steve, and the Utah Hemophilia Foundation...we are opting to encourage each of you to sign up and run this Saturdays race rather than a typical Summit Busters group race!
The rate goes up at the end of the business day this Wednesday, so hustle and sign up now!

This week, and other stuff...
Running Teammates!
We are canceling this weeks formal group run! The Ragnar Wasatch Back is underway and many of our club members are involved so, much fun to those of you who are running!
I will be staffing the Mountain Land Sports Medicine trailer in Morgan (exchange 12) and the finish line...so stop in if you're running and I'll work out your sore spots!
Next week, we want to encourage everyone to travel to Wheeler Farm and participate in the Utah Hemophilia Foundations Blood Run, in support of our own, Steve Petty! More information to come on that...Steve has been involved with the Utah Hemophilia Foundation for many years...way to go Steve!

Saturday is National Trail Day! So let's hit the Shoreline trail. Meet in the south parking lot at 7am. We are so lucky to have such an amazing trail so close to us!
