Saturday, March 28th run at 6:30!!!

Running Teammates...Yep, I've finally learned how to post on our new blog, so wish me well!

This week, we will be running in the beautiful Morgan Valley!  Meet at DHS south parking lot at 6:30 am...we will drive to Peterson and run one of multiple loops from just over 7 miles to 20...or, you can run any length of out and back you choose. 

This is always a fun run, so come join us and start your weekend out with the most fun bunch of runners in the whole wide world of...well, you know.  Here!

Saturday, March 21st 7am

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will carpool up to Fernwood park by the castle. We will enjoy a nice downhill run back to DHS. This is a 7 mile route if you run straight back or you can make a bigger loop to get as many miles you need. See you there!

Saturday, March 14th 7am

Spring had sprung so let's go for a run! Can you believe it's suppose to get up to 70 this weekend! Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will head out for a run on the roads  and the rail trail through west Kaysville. You can make this run as long or short as you want! See you there!

The sunshine is back and it is melting the snow! So let's meet in the East Wilderness parking lot at 7am. We will enjoy a run on the Shoreline trail!  Also just a reminder that we will be ordering our shirts soon. If you have not ordered yet, let us know what you want and what size. See you tomorrow!
