Running Teammates:

Meet at the south parking lot of Davis HS @ 7am...we will run out to West Kaysville via Burton Lane and loop back to the school.  There are several loop options from 3 miles to 11.  

Bring a friend and dress for potential wet weather.  Hope to see all of you tomorrow morning!

Saturday, January 22nd 7am

Hi everyone!  We will meet Saturday morning at 7am in the DHS South Parking lot.  We will head out for a run on the roads and through the Lagoon trail.  This is about a 9 mile loop.  You can add or subtract to get the distance you want.  You can drive to the trail or start from Davis.  See you there!

Hello snow!  It is sure beautiful out there!  This is my favorite time of year to run outside!   We will meet Saturday at 7am in the DHS parking lot and head out for a run on the roads.  Dress warm and come prepared for a beautiful winter run!!

Dalyn Shupe Obituary

The Shupe family has requested donations towards the funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.  In honor of this request I will be donating the money received from everyone to their account.  If anyone still wants to donate I have included the info below.  Also, here is the link to Dalyns obituary.

In lieu of flowers, the family and friends would like to lessen the Shupe's load of expenses for the funeral and your support would mean the world to us.  Donations can be made at Zion's Bank and Wells Fargo in accounts setup in Dalyn Shupe's name, or at Horizon Credit Union, account number 49029 for the benefit of Dalyn Shupe.  You may also contribute to a Go-Fund-Me account setup on-line in Dalyn's name.

Shupe Funeral Information

The viewing for Dalyn Shupe will be this Friday from 5-8 at the Lindquist Mortuary in Kaysville.  There will also be a viewing from 12:30-1:30 on Saturday at the Crestwood LDS Chapel.  The funeral is Saturday at 2pm  at the Crestwood LDS chapel. (1039 E Crestwood Rd, Kaysville) 

Shupe Family

Our deepest sympathies go out to our dear friend Lynette Shupe and her family.  As many of you may have already heard, her youngest son passed away yesterday.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the Shupe family at this time.  We would like to send flowers to let them know we are thinking of them.  If you are interested in going in on these please let me know by Thursday. (801-589-5687 or respond to this email) We do not have the details of the services yet, but I will pass them on as soon as we know. Please keep Lynette and her family in your thoughts.

Running Teammates!

Meet at the south parking lot of Davis HS at 7am.  We will run to 2nd north, up to Mountain Road, then who knows where!  This route can loop back in about 4 miles, or can be routed out to over 12.

Looks like the weather may hold, but be cold...dress accordingly and come have a great start to your weekend with us!

Saturday, January 2nd 8am

Happy New Year everyone!  Thanks to everyone that joined us last night.  We had so much fun ringing in the New Year together!  The Polar Plunge was especially exciting with the 8 degree temperature! Fun times!!  Saturday we will meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 8am.  We are meeting a little later so that the sun will be out and it will be a little warmer! We will head out for a run/hike on Shoreline and up Adams Canyon to the Adams waterfall. The waterfall is beautiful when it is frozen over (or so Rick says, I haven't seen it yet!) The trail should be nice and packed down for us.  If you are not feeling quite that adventurous you can stay on the Shoreline. See you in the morning!
