With all this beautiful warm weather we are having let's get up on the trails! Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7am. Bring your friends, family, dog, or whomever to enjoy this beautiful trail with us! Hope to see you there!

Running Teammates!

Meet at the south parking lot of Davis HS at 7:00. We will head to the Lagoon Trail!  This is always a nice fall run with the bugling elk and other animals along the trail. This can be made as long or short as you need or want. Walkers, we will plan on driving to the trail and walking there.

We have several running the St George Marathon in a couple weeks. You guys can also make this a nice long run including the trail.

Meet at the East Kaysville Wilderness Park at 7am...we are running the trail again! Can't get enough of it this time of year as it is changing weekly with the coming if fall. Come start your weekend out right! This run will be led by Mr. Gazelle...Mark Sorenson...lead on Mark!
Lots of our members are off running races this weekend, so our best to all of you! We have the Wasatch 100, Big Cottonwood Marathon, and the Layton 10k going on. We are proud of all our runners and wish those competing this weekend, a fabulous time :)
