Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will head out for a run on the roads and through the lagoon trail. It is about a 9 mile loop. If you want a shorter distance, you can carpool to the trail or run to the trail and catch a ride back. Lots of options available. Bring a friend. We'll see you there!
