Saturday, September 24th 9am Refugee Race

Hi everyone!  In lieu of our regular run, I have been asked if our running club will support a fundraising event on Saturday.  It is a 5K being held at 9am in West Kaysville at Snow Horse Elementary.  It is to raise money for the refugees in our area.  100 percent of the entry fees will be used towards education for the refugees.  It is a great cause.  Bring your friends and family and come do what we all love most!  Run!!  I will be helping with race check in so stop by and say Hi! Check in starts at 7:30am.  See you Saturday!

Saturday, September 10th No Running Club

This Saturday is the Ragnar Teton Trail run.  Nylin and his crew are volunteering and several of our group are running.  So we will have no official run this week.  Enjjoy your weekend and good luck to everyone in the Tetons!  Don't get eaten by the bears! ;) We will see you all next week!

Saturday, September 3rd 7am

Good morning everyone!  We have had a few requests to hit the trails again this week.  So we will meet in the parking lot on the south end of the Shoreline trail.  We will enjoy a beautiful run on one of our favorite trails!  We will miss those of you who are traveling this holiday weekend.  Happy Memorial Day to everyone!
