Saturday, December 15th 7am Breakfast/ Run!!

Our breakfast is on!  We will meet at 7am at Terry Foust's home. We will head out for a run and meet back about 8:15 for a potluck breakfast.  Bring your favorite breakfast item to share. Spouses are invited!   Terry's address is 2775 East, 2250 North, Layton. Take 89 north to Antelope Drive - turn left or west and go to roundabout and take the right at Oak Forest. Then take the first right at 2250 North. Very Last house at the end of the lane. People can park in the culdesac or in the drive way.  See you there!!

Saturday, November 10 7am

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am.  We will head out for a run through the Nichols trail.  You can make this run as long or short as you like.  The trail is beautiful right now with all the leaves on the ground! Hope to see you there!

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am and we will head out for a run on the roads and through the Lagoon trail. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, anyone you can get to tag along.  Its a great way to start off our Labor Day weekend! See you Saturday!

Saturday, July 28th 7am Shoreline trail!!

Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7am.  Troy will lead everyone out on a run through the beautiful trails of Shoreline.  Troy knows these trails inside and out.  If you want to venture further North, or navigate to some of the cabins or waterfalls, he can tell you where to go.  Should be a beautiful run!!

No organized run tomorrow

Sorry for the late post! We had a little communication mix up and did not organize anything for tomorrow.  Nylin is busy fishing in Alaska.  We might have to convince him to schedule a fish fry when he gets back.  Although it may be BYOF if he doesn't catch anything!  😂If anyone is available and interested in leading the group next week, let me know! Hopefully we can get back on track, but as for tomorrow, get out and enjoy a run with your family and friends!

Flaming Gorge Tower Rock Run

Hi everyone!  The race director for the Flaming Gorge Tower Rock Run contacted me to personally invite our running club to participate in their 5k/10K race on August 11th.  We participated in this race several years ago as a club.  It is a beautiful course and our club swept the podium in almost every age group.  This was the first race that several of us won prize money!😀 I have attached the flyers with all the information.  If there is enough interest, maybe we could organize another group run!

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will head out for a run on the roads and through the lagoon trail. It is about a 9 mile loop. If you want a shorter distance,  you can carpool to the trail or run to the trail and catch a ride back. Lots of options available. Bring a friend. We'll see you there!

We are going to meeting the parking lot at Jensen Park at 7am. The trail around the park is about 3 miles.  You can do it twice or you can continue on the trail through Syracuse to get as many miles as you want. This is a beautiful trail you won't want to miss! See you there!

Saturday, April 21st 7am

Hello everyone! We will meet on Saturday at 7am in the DHS south parking lot. We will head out for a run through Nichols trail. You can loop the  Nichols trail or head out the top end onto mountain road and make it as long or short as you want to go. Looks like we will have some beautiful spring weather so you won't want to miss!

Saturday, February 22nd 7am Snowshoeing

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will carpool to the lower Snow Basin parking lot and head out snowshoeing. If you have extra snowshoes bring them along. We should have plenty for anyone that doesn't have a pair. We will be back between 10 and 10:30. See you Saturday!
