Meet at the East Kaysville Wilderness Park at 7am for a stimulating start to your weekend. The trail is awesome right now and should stay that way until the snow flies.
Thanksgiving is next week, so make sure you thank someone for something!
Actually, we'll do our annual Thanksgiving trail run at 7am, also at the wilderness park. If you're in town, plan on joining us!

Saturday, November 14th 7am

Meet I the Davis High parking lot at 7am Saturday.  We will head out for a
run on the lagoon trail.  Should be a beautiful morning!  Bring a friend!

Saturday, November 7th 7am

Good morning my friends!  We will meet at 7am in the DHS parking lot tomorrow morning.  We'll head out for a run on the roads.  It looks like it will be nice and dry, but a little cold.  Looks like its time to get out some of that winter gear!  Dress warm and we will see you in the morning!
