Monday night hike to the Kaysville Star!

Hi everyone.  We are going to hike to the Kaysville star and would love to have you join us.  Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7pm on Monday, December 23rd.  Bundle up and bring your family and friends for a new holiday adventure.  Hope to see you there!

Meet in the DHS parking lot Saturday at 7am.  We will head out for a run on the roads and through Lagoon trail. Dress warm and bring a friend!  See you there.

Thanksgiving Run 7am!!

Its that time of year again.  Lots of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pie!! Lets get out there and burn some calories so we can enjoy everything we want to eat!  Traditionally we run the Shoreline trail, but due to the expected weather we will meet in the DHS parking lot and head out for a run on the roads.  Bundle up warm and bring your family and friends.  The more the merrier!  See you on Thanksgiving at 7am!!

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am.  We will head out for a run on the roads and through Nichols park. It should be a perfect day for a run!  Just a quick congratulations to a couple of our teammates. Congratulations Jessica Young on your new baby boy. He is adorable.  Congratulations to Troy Anderson and his new wife Leah.  We are excited to have her join us on a run!  We are so lucky to have such amazing people in our club.  We feel so lucky to be associated with all of you! See you Saturday!

Mueller Park here we come!  Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will carpool to Mueler Park and head out on Elephant Rock trail. This is a beautiful out and back trail about 6 miles long.  You can continue on if you want more distance.

Its feeling like another trail run morning.  Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7am.  We will head out for a run on our favorite trail.  Bring your trail shoes, bring your water, and definitely bring your friends.  See you tomorrow!

Looks like it will be a rainy weekend. Let's meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am. We will head out for a run through Nichols park. You can lengthen or shorten the run to fit your needs.

Saturday, April 27th 7am ShorelineTrail time!!

It's another beautiful weekend! We are excited to hit the trail again. Meet in the south parking lot of the Shoreline trail at 7am. The blossoms are in full bloom. It is so beautiful up there! If you missed last week you want want to miss again! We will see you up there!

Saturday, April 13th 7am Kays Creek Trail!!

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am.  We will be heading to the Kays Creek Parkway in Layton. Or you can just meet us at the trail head about 7:20.  We will be starting at the lower trail head located at 2210 N 1450 E, Layton.  This is a 4.5 mile loop.  You can extend or shorten the run to match the distance you want.  It is a beautiful, mostly paved trail around a small lake.  You won't want to miss this!  See you there!

Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am on Saturday.  We will stay close as who knows what the crazy weather will be like.  We will head out for a run on the roads.  Right now it is looking like clear in the morning and snow in the afternoon. So dress warm and be prepared for whatever may come our way.  See you Saturday!
