Plan on something fun next week...it will be Halloween morning and we can't waste that!

Running Teammates!

Meet at the Davis High School south parking lot at 7 am...Troy Anderson will lead us out on a trail hike to Flag Rock, above Farmington! This will take at least 2 hours, and is approximately 5 miles round trip. Bring some fluids, and your tank full of intestinal fortitude...Let's have some fun!!

Running Teammates!

First off...congrats to Rick Nef, for winning his age division in the Utah Grand Slam!  Way to go Rick...YOU ROCK!!

Next: meet at the East Kaysville Wilderness Park at 7am tomorrow morning for another stimulating start to our weekend!

You BYU fans can then watch your Cougars go Pirate hunting, and you Utah fans can hunt the Golden Bears.

Hello everyone! Let's meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am on saturday. We will head out for a run on the roads and through the Nichols trail. We will see what the weather brings. Remember that saying "When the Mormons meet the heavens weep"? It could be a beautiful rainy weekend!
