Hi everyone!  The weather is looking nice for Saturday!  Lets plan to meet at the Farmington Bird Refuge. in the parking lot at 7am. The address is 1325 W Glovers Ln, Farmington. We have heard it is beautiful out there right now.  This has a lot of options for mileage.  You can go as long or as short as you want.  See you there!

Happy leap day everyone!  Come celebrate with a run with your favorite people! Meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am.  We will head out for a run on the roads amd through Nichols park,  It looks to be a beautiful day! See you there!

Happy Valentines Day tomorrow!  We hope you get a chance to celebrate it with your loved ones.  Saturday we will meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am.  We will head out for a run through the trails in Layton City park.  It is about an 8 mile loop from DHS and back.  You can drive to the park if you want to shorten your run or you can add on to lengthen.  Bring a friend or two.  The more the merrier!  See you Saturday!!
