Meet in the DHS parking lot. We will head out for a run on the roads and through the Layton park. This is about a 7 mile out and back. You can add or subtract from that to get whatever distance you need. Hope to see you all there!

Meet at Jensen Park on Saturday at 7am. ( 3176 South Bluff Rd) For those that have never been there you will love it! The trail that loops around the park and the pond is about a 5K. You can run this loop as many times as you want or you can also connect to another trail system that will take you north for as far as you want to go. It is a beautiful run! See you there!

The 17th of January...already? Holy...it's more than half over already!
How many days till Christmas?
Meet at the south parking lot of Davis High School...we will run from
there, up 2nd north to Mountain Road, then south into Farmington. This
route offers many variables, depending on how many miles you would like to
run. Our long runners are planning on a 13 miler...GO BOSTON
MARATHONERS!!!

Saturday, January 10th 7am Run and Breakfast!
We let the holidays get away from us and we didn't get our annual breakfast scheduled. Terry and his wife have graciously offered to host it at their house again. So we will have it this Saturday after our run. We will meet at Terry's house at 7am and head out for a run on the roads in West Kaysville. We will meet back at his house and enjoy a potluck breakfast with great food and great friends! Bring your favorite breakfast item to share. Of course spouses are always welcome. If they are not up to running with us, they are welcome to just meet for breakfast. We hope to see everyone there! Even those of you who are new to the club, or haven't been in awhile. This is a great way to catch up or get to know each other. See you Saturday!

Saturday, January 3rd 7am Snowshoeing!!
Let's go snowshoeing tomorrow! Meet at Davis High and we will carpool up to Snow Basin and snowshoe on the Green Pond trail. There should be some great snow and maybe we will get some fresh snow over night! See you all in the morning!
