Running Teammates!

Meet at the south parking lot, at Davis HS, at 7am. We'll stay close to home this week!
For those who may be interested...there is a Stake 5k at 8:00 that you can also choose to run in. Cindy will be helping with check in, which starts at 7:30. I'm planning on a couple miles warm up-then heading over for the run. Check in is at the Gardens chapel at 50 west and 550 south-right across from the northern most Kaysville pond.

Meet at the East Kaysville Wilderness Park at 7 am. We'll start the holiday weekend with little dirt (or mud) between our toes...so bring your rain gear if it's raining and let's have some fun together.

Saturday, May 15th

Hi everyone!  Tomorrow is the Ogden Marathon and Half Marathon!  Most of our club members are running in it!  Because of this we will not have an organized running club tomorrow.  We want to wish all our runners good luck!  Hopefully the weather is nice to you and you don't get too wet!  If you're not running, you can go support our runners at the finish line!  Happy running!!

Shirts and Clinic tonight!

Hi everyone!  Our shirts and jackets have come in! We would love you to wear them at the Ogden marathon/ half marathon on Saturday. You can pick them up from Cindy Bell. Otherwise we will have them at running club. Also, tonight there is an awesome clinic if you are intetested. Nylin  will be there so be sure and say hi! See the attached flyer.

Running Teammates!

Might be raining Saturday morning...so bring your running rain gear!
Meet in the south parking lot of Davis High at 7am. We'll plan to stay on the roads. Plan on heading down to the Lagoon Trail...it's a 9 mile round trip if you want to run that far, or you can meet us there and just run a few short miles on the trail itself!
It's all good...just come and join your friends...run on!
