Running Teammates!
We are canceling this weeks formal group run! The Ragnar Wasatch Back is underway and many of our club members are involved so, much fun to those of you who are running!
I will be staffing the Mountain Land Sports Medicine trailer in Morgan (exchange 12) and the finish line...so stop in if you're running and I'll work out your sore spots!
Next week, we want to encourage everyone to travel to Wheeler Farm and participate in the Utah Hemophilia Foundations Blood Run, in support of our own, Steve Petty! More information to come on that...Steve has been involved with the Utah Hemophilia Foundation for many years...way to go Steve!
