Good morning everyone! We will meet in the DHS parking lot tomorrow at 7am. We will head out for a run on Main Street and through the Layton Park trail. This can be an out and back run of about 7 1/2 miles. Or you can come back through West Kaysville and make it 10 or 11. You can adjust the run to be as many miles as you like. Should be a great morning! See you there!
