Running Teammates!
We have a great activity planned for this Saturday, so try to arrange to attend!
We are heading out to Antelope Island to ascend Frary Peak! This is the highest peak on the Island. This will be about 7 miles round trip with some technical trail work.
Plan on carpooling as there is a fee to access the Island. If you have a State Parks pass, it will take care of that fee.
We will carpool from two locations...first, those who need can meet at the south parking lot of DHS at 6:30 am. We will carpool from there to meet the others at the carpool area by the gate to the Antelope Island causeway, at 7am. Our intent is to be at the trailhead by 7:30. Plan on about 2 hours to complete the journey, and be back home between 10 and 10:30.
That will give you the rest the day to get your yard work done!
See you at DHS at 6:30 or at the causeway entrance at 7 Saturday morning...
