First, good luck to everyone running in the Winter training series! The 5k race is tomorrow. If anyone else wants to join them it's not too late to sign up. Just click on the following link.
Everyone else meet in the DHS parking lot at 7am and we will head out for a run on the roads through the Layton park. This is an 8-10 mile loop. Or you can shorten/ lengthen it to whatever distance suits you. See you Saturday!
